I came to Cynthia Poole for help to get out of my darkest sorrows. My obstacles were related to infertility and anxiety. It has been over a year now and everyday gets easier. I feel safe working with Cynthia, she never judges or interprets what I talk about with her. Cynthia has guided me through some challenging sessions patiently listening with a tender heart. While using these Applied Metapsychology techniques you find yourself doing all the talking and somehow you find yourself listening to the most honest side of your heart.
