I have taken several courses and workshops including Reiki Training Level 1& 2 as well as Gathering Our Divinity A Journey Into Self with Cynthia Poole. I can say without reservation that she works from a very high level of integrity and her heart based and sincere approach to her work creates a very conducive atmosphere to learn and grow. I happily recommend her as a teacher and healer to anyone embarking on their personal journey of healing and self discovery .

I have had the unique experience of having Cynthia facilitate a program called Journey into self: Gathering our Divinity as well as having sessions with TIR. Cynthia allows you to expand your awareness of your power within, and to realize what is holding you back which made me aware of my truth and allowed me to be more open and honest with myself. She is a calm force in a hectic world, and I am grateful to have had her share her knowledge and kindness in my life.

I came to Cynthia Poole for help to get out of my darkest sorrows. My obstacles were related to infertility and anxiety. It has been over a year now and everyday gets easier. I feel safe working with Cynthia, she never judges or interprets what I talk about with her. Cynthia has guided me through some challenging sessions patiently listening with a tender heart. While using these Applied Metapsychology techniques you find yourself doing all the talking and somehow you find yourself listening to the most honest side of your heart. Working with Cynthia has given me the tools to cope with my life grief and trauma. I have learned through this process that I am the best me when I am grateful and kind to myself. This Heart Work as Cynthia calls it has been the most challenging and rewarding work I have ever done. I can now respond better when life hits me. My heart is healing, I have choices.
