I have had the unique experience of having Cynthia facilitate a program called Journey into self: Gathering our Divinity as well as having sessions with TIR. Cynthia allows you to expand your awareness of your power within, and to realize what is holding you back which made me aware of my truth and allowed me to be more open and honest with myself. I came to Cynthia Poole for help to get out of my darkest sorrows. My obstacles were related to infertility and anxiety. It has been over a year now and everyday gets easier. I feel safe working with Cynthia, she never judges or interprets what I talk about with her. Cynthia has guided me through some challenging sessions patiently listening with a tender heart. While using these Applied Metapsychology techniques you find yourself doing all the talking and somehow you find yourself listening to the most honest side of your heart. Working with Cynthia has given me the tools to cope with my life grief and trauma. I have learned through this process that I am the best me when I am grateful and kind to myself.
